  WHAT HAPPENED?

  In February, the Premier League was handed a huge blow after City won their court case disputing the top division's sponsorship rules over the last three years, which have been declared null and void. A tribunal, made up of three senior legal figures in Sir Nigel Teare, Lord Dyson and Christopher Vajda KC, sided in favour of the English champions.

  Per , the Cityzens are now likely to force the Premier League to pay their hefty £20m legal fees, which the club incurred for appointing a legal team comprising of Lord Pannick KC and Paul Harris KC.
